Responsibilities: - Joined Pod Trak LTD as Resource Manager - Managing all of C Spencer Wessex Package 7 resource requirements providing safety critical staff for their platform extension project of 50 stations. Started with a handful of contractors, as the project grew, I grew their sponsored database to over 300 men with different discipline. - The project went very well and we were awarded Rochester, Gravesend and Hemel Hempstead/Leighton Buzzard/Berkhamstead and Ipswich. - Was in charge of sourcing all manpower for all the above. On average we had out between 50-100 men per week - Also managed Gravesend and their possession over Christmas. I had sourced 8 ES’s, 50 COSS’s, 30 labourers as well as Points Op, Crane controllers - Very successful Christmas possession with work being completed on time as planned - Responsible for timesheet processing and arranging cover as all the lining up days, nights and weekends. This was very much a 24hr cover job role - Sourced for other clients such as Carillion, Amey Colas as well as DLR

Responsibilities: I joined PPR in June 2011 to kick start their network rail division. Within weeks I registered and sponsored 30+ safety critical staff including ES’s, COSS’s, Strapmen etc. Once we had manpower, I then concentrated on bringing clients on board such as :- DLR- Carillion- Morgan Sindall- Balfour Beatty- Cleshar - These are some of many clients I established a working relationship with through previous experience. I was regularly having between 30- 50 men out each week. - PPR was very much a small company with limited resources, heavily lent on London underground and they did not want to concentrate on NR. So an opportunity arose from one of my clients Pod Trak Limited which I took.

Responsibilities: - Came on board looking after 2-3 accounts, supplying safety critical staff from ground workers all the way up to Engineering Supervisors. - On call - Account management- looking after multi mullion pound contracts which include the likes of Balfour Beatty, Carillion, Morgan Est, Telent, McNicholas to name a few. Building rapport, supplying staff and generating more business covering on average 200+ shifts across southern England and the South East on a week to week basis - Man managing each and every employee from providing them with equipment to renewing their certificates and making sure they are happy - Cold calling potential employees and arranging registration before getting them out to work - For the past couple of years I have been managing 10 separate accounts ranging from new clients to multi million pound excising clients on a week to week basis. Within this time I have built excellent relationships with many Managers/Directors and Resource personnel. Many of which now come to me directly - This can be reconfirmed as I am able to obtain a reference from these clients directly
