Alex has spent the bulk of his career focused on supporting growth-stage and lower-middle market companies through the various inflection points of the corporate lifecycle. This has included both advisory and operating roles at companies across multiple industry verticals.Alex began his career in New York, structuring large leveraged acquisitions at HSBC Securities, and slowly worked his way into the middle and lower-middle markets executing M&A advisory, private placement, and turnaround engagements. Looking to get further upstream, Alex helped start the venture capital firm Meridian Street Capital, investing in healthcare technology startups across the US. Immediately prior to co-founding EO Advisors, Alex worked in middle-market and lower-middle market M&A, advising technology companies across the Midwest.
