- Worked with five cohorts of apprentices over 18 months, delivering 40+ workshops, 70+ group coaching sessions and 200+ 1:1 coaching sessions to support apprentices across a diverse range of industries and levels of prior experience- One of only a handful of coaches to meet every one of our leading indicators for success, including NPS scores of 75 from apprentice managers and 92 from apprentices- Supported apprentices to remain on the programme despite challenging situations, saving up to £110,000 in revenue- Outperformed the business in first-time pass rates, and proportion of Distinctions awarded- Analysed historical patterns and proposed solutions that significantly reduced Data Literacy's 'non-start' rate- Developed and delivered onboarding training in technical skills such as Power BI, preparing new coaches to deliver our 13-month curiculum- Developed and delivered CPD for the entire programme (70+ coaches) to improve practice in supporting apprentices with challenges and drive apprntice retention- Developed 'from experienced to expert' in the words of one member of our leadership teamClients have included: Savills, Dentsu, JustEat, ITV, Balfour Beatty, Kier Group, Manchester Airport Group, Virgin Media, and various local authorities.
