An Organisational Psychology professional, my experience includes designing, facilitating, and managing people and culture initiatives and processes for organisations.With experience working as a consultant and as part of internal teams, I have (re)designed organisations' employee experience, managed volume recruitment programs, created leadership/capability frameworks and learning and development workshops, coached leaders at a variety of levels, developed onboarding and engagement surveys and processes, and provided strategic advice to leaders on how to embed best-practices. I have worked across Australia, New Zealand, and parts of Asia. I particularly enjoy and have a successful track record working with start-ups, particularly executives, people leaders, and HR/People and Culture teams.A problem-solver, I take the time to listen to others, scope out the problem with research and data (quantitative and qualitative), and then take action.As co-founder of Understorey (www.understorey.co), I love supporting start-ups, and in particular, purpose-driven organisations to achieve their goals for social and environmental impact. I do so by providing evidence-based people and culture advisory services, tools and resources, coaching leaders and founders to use them effectively.
