 In charge of Accounting, Financial & Admin activity. Monthly MIS report monthly & annual ( IFRS & GAAP )as per management requirements Reconciliation for Bank accounts, supplier & client bank statements. Prepare of Monthly Invoices as per the contract  Preparation of bank Guarantee ,Performance bond, Advance Payment Guarantee , Retention Bond, Etc. Prepare project summaries reports as needed as per management requirements. Coordinate with internal & external auditors for finalization of audited reports. Preparation of all kind of audit schedule for staff benefits, prepaid expenses etc. Follow up for Collections.

 Review for all banking transaction-Preparing Bank reconciliation statement, Letter of Credit, PPC, APG, Bank Guarantee, Auto Loan etc. Weekly cash flow statement with pdc breakdown  Review of petty cash claims and Purchases invoice  Review & preparation of payable aging & breakdown of Supplier advances. Review of staff, Labour Payroll under WPS File as per labour law. Preparation and review of employee vacation & Final settlement under UAE Labour Law. ISO certificate Finalization with different divisions.  Preparation of Staff Benefit (Leave salary, Travel, Gratuity) & Depreciation, fixed Assets Schedule as per international accounting Standard for audit purpose. Review of Inventory report ( GRN, GIN ) Project job costing analysis and profit centre analysis. Preparation and review of MIS report, Balance sheet, Profit and Loss analysis,  Preparation of Prepaid Schedule for Auditors Finalized yearend financial with auditors with ( IFRS) International accounting Standard.

 All division budget preparation – Capital budget , Revenue Budget, Manpower budget Admin Budget with different divisions managers  Preparing different division chart of account as per their business activity. Review of purchases Order, overseas Purchases orders weekly LPO order report and reconciliation with payable aging statement.  Bank reconciliation statement for Different bank with different currency Intercompany reconciliation statement and Head office allocation chart Employee payroll preparation, Vacation settlement as per Bahrain Labour Law Staff benefits Schedule statement and provide monthly Provision.  Review of Inventory verification with actual stock and review of Monthly stock statement  Preparation Monthly MIS , forecasting and analysis with Budget as per IFRS standard. Provision statement for Staff Benefit – Leave salary, Travel & Gratuity as per Bahrain labour law. Preparation of Sales Invoice for different division and receivable aging report.  Review of Trial Balance, provision, Profit & loss report, Balance sheet report. Monthly financial analysis of different finance factors like sales , purchases analysis for last four years and finding reasoning of sales reduce or Purchases Increases .  Coordinate with Auditors finalized financial statements with them ( Ernst & Young, Author & Anderson ) .
