Worked to create code to solve business issues these tasks ranged from solving tickets such as password reset to completing bigger tasks such as adding features to existing codebase or solving bugs on the website. Worked with Azure Storage Explorer, Application Insights, Visual Studio, Azure Projects, Azure Key Vault, Microsoft SQL, and Azure Key Functions.

My role started in training Data Scientist where I was working with Alteryx and Python and looking at ways to Manipulate Data however as plans changed I moved into tradional Web development.I started my training doing a Tech track in C# and DotNetCore finished training by adding a backend to Front End React Web Application. Along the training I used libraries such XUnit and Moq.I then worked on a benchproject using Java to improve the interview process. I worked on the backend I used libraries such as JPABuddy, Spring, Hibernate, Lombok and Mockito.

I have improved on my face to face communication with customers as I have learnt judgemental skills and could read the body language of my customers, I have learnt to be more alert as I was based in a busy environment and had to pay attention to customers body language all the time, I learnt how to overcome objections more successfully and improved on my analytical skills, I have learnt to handle money both cash and credit as transactions were made on a daily basis and lastly I have improved on my organisational skills as customers were always giving me their confidential information as well duplicate receipts which I had to store securely, this employment has developed extensively my ability to work in a retail environment.

My role involves organising and arranging call outs, managing efficiently the works schedule of engineers as well as making sure that the team are working together to solve issues such as double bookings, getting permission to increase costs from the cost-authorisation team to complete jobs, chasing reports/parts/part numbers and reporting to WIP team on a daily basis etc.. Due to my hard work and dedication I want to be leading members of my team and I’m the first port of call when colleagues require assistance. Due to my time being spent making calls on the telephone and verbally communicating with clients both inbound and outbound, this employment has developed extensively my ability to communicate across the board both verbally as well as written.
