- Manage day-to-day IT Operations within enterprise; Active Directory manage/create users, Ensure high availability of mission critical host servers, ensure daily backup success, End-User support in a timely and effective manner, monitor exchange servers and replication success, monitor enterprise printers and stock levels.- Responsible for the administration of network and server infrastructure within all departments, planning of technology projects, managing our team of IT professionals, implementing technology security and the execution of all technology-related tasks and initiatives.- Provide technology strategy planning, assign budgets to the various activities and make any cost considerations, Integrate information technologies into the project for optimal effectiveness, Understand current, future business goals, and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success.- Ensuring IT Infrastructure security, developing backup procedures, maintaining system integrity, and optimizing server performance.- Assist in troubleshooting various issues including latency, server hangs, logging issues, antivirus definition updates, and inaccessible webpages - Monitor and solve problems related to:o Server Downtime: Resources depletion, Replication interruptiono Diagnose and solve Exception Errors raised during normal operationo Servers maintenance: maintenance plan, Disk usageo Servers Load-Balancing.- Meeting clients at their offices, identifying their requirements and then proposing solutions.- Gathering marketplace information on the pricing, new products, delivery schedules and merchandising techniques.- Develop a strategic IT plan to meet the requirements of the project overall growth plan.- Installation, Monitoring, Troubleshooting of In-House Applications and software.
