 Plans and sets directions and marketing strategy including the business development plan based on the markets researches and studies. Coordinates the marketing efforts related to the organization's products and services.  Present to the board the forecast yearly turn over based on the market data sources , market analyses , competitors performance and other related factors to reach to the yearly sales target related to each product and market segments Propose the yearly marketing budget based on the expected market studies including the related activities Monitor the market changes and adjust marketing strategies accordingly in order to remain competitive .  Presents and recommend changes to the marketing strategies and policies to the board.  Act as subject matter experts to the CEO and other departmental leaders on issues relating to effective marketing.

 Lead the marketing team and supervise the daily activities of the marketing department. Work directly with the consultant engineers and major clients to specify the company products and provide them with support in the design and specifications during projects planning and design stage.  Follow up the projects process starting from the design stage up to order finalization process Professional approach to the decision makers and projects mangers Pre-qualify the company products range with major clients such as Oil & Gas companies, governmental departments and large scale contracting companies Arrange the annual marketing action plan for the company’s brand name Provide technical support for the sales force Prepare data base for the projects and support the projects account managers with the sales leads Review the technical offers & designs that submitted to the clients & provide technical support for the engineering & production department Solve any technical conflicts during the project process & delivery  Prepare market studies for market developments and plan for new market opportunities Arrange the technical seminars, training , exhibitions and events Launching new products.

 Manage all the activities in the Trading Department & Showrooms including the salesmen team  Follow up the Oil projects and stock supplies Planning for the sales yearly plan  Sales technical support Prepare the Technical & Commercial offers for the local and general tenders  Specify the materials with consultants and clients Prepare technical and commercial studies for major contracts and tenders Manage the Dealers network and activity (pricing, delivery, payments, technical support and Promotions) Coordinate with the technical and maintenance department for after sales service Follow up the materials approvals with the concern departments and consultants
