As a Project Manager at BTC Networks, I have successfully managed the first commercial Certification Authority (CA)/Digital Signature Service Provider project in KSA, from obtaining the government license to implementation in almost all Saudi Banks. This project involved a sales value of around 50 MSR, and required me to select the best public key infrastructure (PKI) technologies, negotiate with suppliers, and design the Tier III Main DC and the DR Center.With 35+ years of experience in technical-commercial and consultancy aspects across diverse ICT, contracting, and commercial disciplines in MENA region, I have developed profound consultative and project management skills with an engineering background. I am a certified Six Sigma Green Belt from ASCB - UK and a Lead Auditor from SGS Yarsley - UK, and I have contributed to the digital transformation consulting, projects planning, management and cost control, digital identity, corporate ISO implementation, procedures development, and quality control of BTC Networks.
