- Managing the first commercial Certification Authority (CA)/Digital Signature Service Provider project in KSA from obtaining the government license to implementation in almost all Saudi Banks (Sales values around 50 MSR).- Selecting the best public key infrastructure (PKI) technologies (negotiating with suppliers like Entrust, eMudhra, GlobalSign, Nexus, SigniFlow, DocuSign, Ascertia, Adobe Sign, etc.).- Hiring, training, and mentoring the best resources for the project: Network/System Engineers, PKI SMEs, Programmers, Sales/Presales, Finance/HR, and Operation/Support (around 40 team members).- Designing the Tier III Main DC in NourNet Co-Location Hosting Service in Riyadh and the Disaster Recovery DR Center in Khobar.- Selecting the best S/W, H/W, and Physical Security Systems (cost of more than 30 MSR) from Thales SafeNet, nCipher, Cisco, Dell, Microsoft, Palo Alto, etc.- Participating in 3 WebTrust Key Generation Ceremonies (KGC) and handling the 3 CA's global Object Identifiers OID repository.- Selecting and managing the Payment Gateways (PayTabs/geidea), SMS Gateways (Unifonic/Mobily), and IAM service (ELM/NIC) for use with many banks and Fintech companies (Sukuk/Lendo/Quara/Tasheel/Emkan etc).- Designing test scenarios for software usability of the eSign web portal (sign.emdha.sa) and the Android/IOS app.- Led the Operations and Support teams to validate/support the new individuals/organizations subscribers for onboarding to the Digital Signature eSign portals.- Handling the "Know Your Customer" (KYC) systems with the Saudi National Information Center (NIC), using SDAIA Nafath systems and ELM Biometric Authentication.- Achieving 5 British Standards Institution (BSI) certifications: ISO 9001 QMS, 27001 ISMS, 27701 PIMS, 22301 BCMS, and 20000 ITMS.- Manage the relationship with emdha external regulators and auditors like: CITC/NCDC/DGA/ WebTrust/Deloitte/SAMA/Ministry of Communications etc.
