Major responsibility :· Follow up customer’s collections.· Follow up customer’s collection problems and solving these problems to be able to collect the doubtful debts.· Make periodic visits to customer’s companies.· Increase or decrease customer’s credit limit according to collection level and purchase level.· Classifying customers with category A, B, C according to collection level and purchase level.· Opening credit accounts for new customers and determine credit limit By this steps :· Preparing complete file for customer’s data & documents.· Field visit to customer’s co.· Study the customer’s financial situation.· Determine his commercial transactions &co. volume.· Commitment level with his vendors.· Banking inquiry.· Determine customer’s credit limit and conditions treated.

Major responsibility :· Administration for all department as ( store – accounts – sales – purchases )· Finance, banking flow up and cash flow.· Solving administrative problems that may appear.· Solve customer problems, maintenance and guarantees.· Follow-up vendor accounts and payment of notes payable in the Promised.· Monthly assessment of the employees belonging to commit itself to the implementation of the instructions.· Follow-up sales volume daily, monthly, and compared with target schedule and Study the cause of the deviation.· Prepare reports on the results of the monthly and annual business and presented to the owners.
