Check and inform daily basis safety rule and regulation for do the work quality wise.4. Given the production report daily basis to our superior.5. Given the Production Stock, Scrap & Material Stock in Monthly Wise.

Supervise and assist in daily warehouse and shipping areas including: Filling and shipping customer orders, satisfying internal shipping requirements, ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation, receiving incoming material and routing to appropriate area or personnel, ensuring inventory transactions are accurately logged and overseeing cycle counts and reconciliation activities. Developing and maintaining departmental work instructions for all tasks. Interpreting company policies to workers and enforcing safety regulations. Continuously improve warehouse operations through the use of lean enterprise practices.Control the following types of shipment. 1. 11KV Panel (TAMCO) ,Bus bar (Power plug),Central Battery System Panel (Thomas & Betts) , UPS (GE) with accesso series shipment receives and delivered.2. All types of Highway Light, Bollards light, Pathway lights, Exit light, Surface mounted and Ceiling mounted, Track light and Strip light fittings. (Different types of Companies receive light fitting in our Warehouse like ERCO, Reggiani, ETAP, Thomas & Betts ,Thorlux, Fagerhults, Philips, Thorn, WILA, Lumasense, The Sky Factory, Ligman, Uniled, RUUD, Sapa, Ventalux, Orbik ,Hunza, Hoffmeister and Qlite etc). All types of Ballast (Driver) shipment receive and delivered like Philips, Tridonic, TCI, Osram, Ligman, Reggiani, Wila3. All types of Lamps shipment receive and delivered like Philips, Osram and GE.4. All types of (Thomas & Betts) Kopex(Conduit) and Glands, Check Nut shipment receive and delivered.5. All types of (B3Cable) Networking cable shipment receive and delivered.

Maintain inventory and stock records. responsible for the overall storekeeping works as well as:• Manage Store space effectively in accordance with industry best practice.• Supervise the material receipt, unloading and placement in assigned storage location; check material received quantities & specifications against order documents.• Manage space and determine storage methods according to the manufacture’s guidelines and Company Safety procedure.• Maintain stock level of materials to ensure continuous availability. Maintain supplies of material in compliance with storage safety regulations.• Maintain audit and control stock on Monthly and Yearly basis. • Prepare MR (Material Requisition), MRV (Material Receive Voucher) and MIV (Material Issue Voucher) through ERP (Oracle System) and Manual as per Project requirement .• Ensure that Fixed Assets, Tools, PPE & Equipment and Consumables are effectively controlled in accordance with Company Policies & Procedures.• Handle and store hazardous materials in accordance with company safety policy and recommend disposal of excess, defective or obsolete stock.• Maintain the filing system and stock records as per Company procedure.
