• Management for Project’s MEP activities (HVAC, Fire Fighting , Plumbing and Electrical).• Managing team work tasks.• Prepare work schedule for each activity.• Prepare time schedule for all activates along the project.• Fully coordination with all project activities.• Providing complete set of Mechanical Design works for the project.• Familiar with BMS system and its components.• Provide of BMS sequence of operation for MEP systems.• Check and redesign project MEP activates ( Mech.)• Make good communications with project team and owners.• Managing project materials and subcontractors.• Attend progress meetings, discuss and suggest technical proposals.• Represents Company interests during meetings.• Day to day managing of site team performance.• Provides technical support to staff working on the project.• Implementing and solving technical problems that arise with the help of field discipline engineers. • Manage all works and sure that all works complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design instructions.• Supervise and review the preparations of construction method statements.• Maintaining organized and detailed records and documents of all project Items.• Cost Control for MEP activates.

· Provides technical support to staff working on the project and liaises with the Project Manager, Site Managers and Construction Managers to ensure that the work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design instructions.· Coordinating between the construction and engineering teams ensuring that the construction requirements are conveyed to the engineering teams and that the engineering deliverable satisfy the construction requirements.· Develop execution details when necessary or requested by the staff responsible for the construction and start-up;· Supervise and review the preparations of construction method statements with construction personnel.· Maintaining organized and detailed records and documents of all project (i.e. working drawings, procedures, method statements, etc.) and coordinating with different teams to get these documents issued.· Documenting project technical issues.· Implementing and solving technical problems that arise with the help of field discipline engineers.· Attend progress meetings, discuss and suggest technical proposals.· Represents Company interests during meetings.· Day to day managing of site team performance.

- Responsible to receive all projects documents from tender, review & revise budget and manpower requirements and identify any profit or potential loss.- Responsible to meet project targets and milestones.- Ensure that the standard operating procedures of the company are being practiced in executing the projects at site.- Monitoring project purchasing and delivery schedule, identifying profit and potential loss and any delay.- Coordinate with Engineers and the Engineering Manager for drawings and Engineering matters.- Ensuring all Engineering and drafting costs are allocated to their correct projects.- Responsible for the work allocation and timely issue of Project Drawings.- Attend all site meetings as requested.- Prepare daily, weekly & monthly progress report to Immediate Manager.- Responsible for submitting payment application and to ensure positive cash flow.- Ensure the project progress is monitored in accordance with the client’s contractual program and advice accordingly.- Ensure that the work is in line with the specifications, procurement, approved shop drawings and complete the work in the best possible way and rectify all defects and complaints within the defect liability period.- Manpower requirement planning.- Ensure that the safety rules, quality of work and regulations are followed strictly on site.- Solve matters and subjects with Main Contractor and Client.- Response on time to all Main contractors and Client correspondences “ Letters, .. Etc.. “

- Installation of natural gas stations.- Operation of natural gas station.- Maintenance of natural gas stations.- Follow up all activates according to time schedule.- Follow up team work progress.

- Installation of HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumbing systems.- Prepare shop drawing .- Prepare required material list according to BOQ.- Follow up site progress.- Prepare work schedule for each system.

- Responsible for installation and maintenance of Fiber production lines.- Prepare maintenance schedules depend on production schedules.- Prepare spare parts list regarding production lines.- Follow up and solve production line problem.- Installation piping , ducting and air control systems which serving the product lines.
