Computer Shift Supervisor
Current- Ensure compliance with all relevant Quality Assurance procedures.- To ensure for his subordinate the compliance of QHSE minimum requirements and any other QHSE coursesthat is specific to the performance of the job .- Monitoring and controlling all the computer areas during shift hours through the fixed cameras .- Releasing jobs to the system according to the user's running order, priorities and their share in the system.- Releasing jobs to OCM system and follow up their progress in the system and take the proper action in case ofany error or fault for jobs.- Following a strict procedure during shift change handover.- Keep the system busy all the time with maximum efficiency.- Following up any power failure can happen and take the suitable action ( power off & shutdown all M/Cs ).- Responsible for filling & following up the different computer logs.- Responsible for controlling the shift members & report their efficiency during the shift hours.- Responsible for the training the new hired computer operators.- Report the annual performance review for the shift members.- Responsible to solve problems that can happen during work between internal clients and computer operation .- Responsible to issue necessary instructions when needed to keep work in high performance and following the execution.- Ensure safe working practices and conditions.- Coordinate between the internal clients and the IT & Omega support team.- Planning for using the computer resources , resources distribution among the processing crew according to their needs & the projects commitments.- Managing the needed computer materials & supplies to keep the necessary materials ready.
