Project Manager
Current• Participate and support total site safety program of Contractor including sub-contractors.• Participate in construction strategy and development of construction system/activities / procedures.• Spot check work permits and procedures implementation during work by Contractors.• Ensure that construction is in accordance with approved drawings specifications and local regulations are followed.• Coordinate / communicate with Project execution team (NGHC, APEPC and NEOM) for understanding interfaces and issue clarifications with Interface Manager / Engineer.• Ensure that work / activities are performed by Contractor with agreed / proper quality standards as specified in Contract by coordinating with Quality Manager / Engineers.• Daily / Weekly / Monthly report on progress of activities at site to be reported along with concerns / risks identified which impact on overall project execution.• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules and ensuring project deadlines are met.• Organizing, attending, and participating in Construction / Project execution stakeholder meetings at site/field.• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.• Determining project construction changes with detailed analysis.• Work with contractor on Developing construction strategies.• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.• Chair and facilitate construction meetings where appropriate.
