* LEAD A TEAM CONSISTS OF (6) ENGINEERS – (1) PRODUCTION ENGINEER + (4) CNC ENGINEERS + (1) MAINTENANCE ENGINEER. *RECEIVING PROJECT DRAWINGS FROM DESIGN DEPARTMENT , DIRECT MY TEAM TO PREPARE WORKSHOP DRAWINGS ACCORDING TO KINDS OF MARBLES AND SLABS SIZES AND SLABS CONDITIONS, REVIEWING WORKSHOP DRAWINGS BEFORE PRODUCTION START, SCHEDULE , PLAN , MONITOR AND CONTROL ALL PRODUCTION STEPS ACCORDING TO QUALITY DEPARTMENT INSTRUCTIONS .* COORDINATE THE PROJECTS PROGRESS WITH PROJECTS MANAGERS .

It was one of the unexpected unique experience owning contracting office and being able to Design, manufacture and install marble & granite works for many of residential & commercial projects.Nevertheless, learning good experience to do with clients, government regulations and many other coordination as well as cooperation prospective.

Design &Cost estimate Engineer:For almost over two years working as one of the design engineers responsible of a variety of different marble floors and walls, vanity units, fire place units and decorative designs.Moreover, two more years working as showroom manager preparing cost estimation and quotations for designated projects.Coordinating between clients and production team during production & installation steps.
