Request Wipro for CPO register.● Prepare OET (Order Entry Template) and ensure details as per CT/project requirements.● Raise the base ticket in the Wipro portal and communicate with Wipro till complete the OET and release the SO s. After SO creation check and confirm that all SO shave correct QC line and plants.● Check the OOR (Open order Report) for timely ETD and ETA Availability. Confirm values are matched in SO as per the Invoice values.● Shipment plan creation with CSM as per customer / CT / Project requirement. ● Prepare SR (Shipment Request) and send Wipro for shipment execution.● Check the Customer LC and confirm CSM if any clause needs to amend.● Attend customer meetings regularly and communicate with customers about their issues.
