-Assure timely collection of money due to corporation.-Monitor and report on deviations from credit standards.-Assure timely and accurate invoicing.-Manage cash application making sure all cash receipts are applied properly-Assure that the companies standard template regarding invoice sample is in place for every customer-Conduct credit checks on all customer, establish and manage limits-Make recommendations to improve quality of invoicing and collection procedures.-Weekly reporting of invoicing totals/aging totals/cash receipts/invoice adjustments

-Utilizes computerized accounting software programs (Excel, Word) to perform duties and responsibilities.-Generates accounting statements and reports.-Researches cash receipts, coding and posting of receipts.-Prepares daily bank deposit.-Researches and applies unallocated cash.-Oversees client trust accounts, accounts receivable write-offs and payment reversals.-Develops automated spreadsheets.-Organizes and maintains up to date financial records.-Provides monthly financial and management reports.-Assists in financial management and analysis, as requested.-Organizes and maintains retention files for required period of time.

-Prepare entries for the daily transactions of the invoices of the hotels and the invoices of the agents (cost and credit sales journals) and records entries in the accounting program.-Prepare reconciliations for the accounts (Credit cards, Transfers, Banks).
