*Lead EBC,s Business operationstrategy with the Government, CentralBank and other regulatory InstitutionsEngage with these entities to maximizeEBC,s influence within the electronicPayments industry.*Build effective partnerships with thefunctions to ensure they are aligned tosupporting priorities, in-marketinitiatives etc. and drive accountabilityfor performance*Manage closely EBC's risks and issuesin relation to processing, ensuringeffective risk mitigationProvide thought leadership on issuesrelated directly or indirectly to theprocessing and monitor theimplementation of decisions taken bythe different governance layers* Execute the Onboarding planwith IPN new members (Banks ,PSPsBill payment aggregators ,ETC.)*Provide network components trainingfor All IPN members*Determine SLAs and OLAs for eachmember in the network*Monitoring the Network Performanceby several analytics and statistics tools.*Manage any internal or externalcommunication regarding IPN & Meeza Digital*Responsible for the Changemanagement plans / approvals /Execution with all IPN members & Meeza Digital *Undertake assessment of completedactivities and deliverables to ensuredeliverables are consistent withprocessing strategy goals.*Ensure synchronization with keyProduct, Sales and Acceptance activities*Identify, qualify and quantify marketspecific opportunities in closecooperation with local relationshipmanagement and product teams*ldentify value-added processingopportunities and highlight thecommercial and performance benefits
