- Provide Innovative solutions to customers in addition to playing a key role in anticipating and understanding customer technical needs then to translate them into solutions (Products and/or services)- Responsible for initiating and steering technical activities with customers in close cooperation with sales and marketing.- Managing projects with customers from technical side.

Direct the Research and Development (R&D) program, from new product proposal to commercialization.Drive accountability, consistency, quality, and process standardization across all phases of research and development.In accordance with company objectives develop and monitor research plans and budgets for R&D projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and within cost objectives.Responsible for ensuring that Madar meet its objectives for researching and developing new products or technologies and improve existing products

Responsible for end-to-end ownership of the NPD process, with a strong concentration on NPD project planning and timeline management. Working closely with all functions to ensure NPDs are developed up to Zeina Group standards while on an efficient timeline.- Develop the 3 and 5 year vision for category NPDs - Defining opportunities and generating ideas for new product development, packaging enhancements, new service offerings, etc.- End-to-end process owner of NPDs (including timeline management and stage gates)- Collaborating with multiple functions to fully develop NPD business plans- Work with all functions to create a roadmap for NPDs- Work with marketing to incorporate NPDs into communications- Work with technical ladership to build NPD support through supply chain- Develop KPIs for Inno success in the organization- Ongoing liaison with partners / 3rd parties- Monitoring and analyzing competitor’s products and new releases- Quality assurance in all technical fields, including consumers complaint management and internal audits

Main Job purpose is Managing and leading MEA R&D Laundry Care formula team in the Innovation Center as well as supporting the local R&D teams in the respective MENA countries to insure sustainable and successful formulas design from insights to commercialization, that help to support the company's aimed profitable growth and expansion in the Middle east & African market.

Main responsibility was to steer and support the Global product development of High Suds formulations plus Heavy Duty Liquid Detergents & to feed both (Technology & activity pipeline) of detergents business by new Innovations.

This was an enrichment for my main role as local R&D manager by beingadditionally responsible for a growing brand named (General APC) where I contributed in executing a marketing pla, strategy, and communications, and creating schedules for product launches.

Managing and leading all R&D activities (Like formula development, scientific relatioships, technical consumer service, buy back audits & Innovation) in Henkel Egypt

The core of this job was about supervising all powder detergents R&D activities in Henkel Egypt.

Support and supervise all QC, QA + R&D activities related to cosmetics products in Henkel Egypt. In addition to supervising all production activities in our toll manufacturers & applying (Good Manufacturing practices) in those sites.

Main responsibilities were about (Physical & chemical analysis) for all detergents & cosmetics (raw materials, semi finished products & finished products) by making sure of their compliance with specifications & according Henkel guidelines/procedure. In this role, I was supervising several labs (21 Persons with 3 direct reports)
