Manufacturing Scope:• Cooperate with production manager and purchasing manager to constantly purchase new manufacturing equipment for the manufacture unit. • Responsible for formulating and writing all operations related to pesticide manufacture and follow-up during different manufacturing processes

• In command of training newly hired chemists on equipment and lab work.• Responsible for searching about new generations of pesticide formulation and make a project to carry out it such as (CS & ZC & ZW & ZE & Tablets)• Responsible for searching about new adjuvants and additives for different types of formulations.• Responsible for conducting stability studies for agriculture& Public health products.• Communicating with companies specialized in laboratory equipment, knowing all the details of the device and starting the contracting procedures after the approval of the factory’s top management• Communicating with foreign companies specialized in manufacturing a surfactant to find out the latest developments in the section on surfactants and work to bring samples of them and conduct laboratory experiments on them• Setting development plan for lab equipment’s needing for next 10 years ahead • Setting development plan for new formulations to register it for next 3 years ahead• Cooperate with technical manager and purchasing manager to constantly purchase new equipment for the lab. (in the part of lab equipment’s)

1- Analysis of the different samples of active ingredients and finished product by (Unicam Pro GC +) & (HPLC Surveyor - PDA Detector) & calculating the percentage of active substance in both.2- Prepare samples prior to production to double check formulations recipes and write a formulation sheet to the production manager.3- Prepare samples for newly developed products as instructed by technical manager and developing them.4- Perform physical tests on finished products both for new or already produced products.5- Keep records of lab inventory up to date.6- Prepare stability study for new products under the supervision of technical manager.7- Participate in the internal audit related to ISO 9001 & 14001&18001. 8- Working with documents related to ISO 9001 & 14001 in the lab.9- Report to lab manager.

1- Receive and discuss daily production plan with production manager.2- Prepare production lines for the day’s work.3- Supervise workers on production and repacking lines in either powder or liquid plants.4- Report to production manager.

1- Being in a pest control company, I was the engineer in charge of a part of the pest control department there.2- I was in charge of one pesticide applicator/technician, application tools, van and pesticides to be used.3- In charge of the inspection of sites that wish to have our services. 4- In charge of reporting the pest problems to the head office.5- In charge of applying pesticides through directing the technician/ applicator in the site according to a pre-designed pest control plan set by the head office.6- Reporting daily pesticides used and the progress for each site.
