•Supervise the laboratory work of Referral Lab at Provincial Implementation Unit of Sindh AIDS Control Program.•Provide Pre and Post test Counseling to all clients for HIV and STDs Testing-Jan 18,1996 – till date •Provide confirmatory HIV antibody testing facility to 20 HIV Surveillance/Testing Centers as well as other public & private sector Labs in the province.•Assist in various seroprevalence studies conducted by WHO, UNDCP, UNAIDS, National & Provincial AIDS Control Programs, NGOs and other institution for various risk groups, like prisoners, injecting drug users, seamen, commercial sex workers, truck drivers, health workers, antenatal attendees, TB patients and etc.•Assist the Program Manager in planning and conducting training for all level of health workers in both public & private sectors.•Assisted in the development of Second Generation HIV Surveillance System for Pakistan under Enhanced HIV /AIDS Programme supported by CIDA.•Involved in trainings of Health Professionals (Pathologist, Consultants.
