Over the last 6 years I have worked on similar projects for Lloyds which all had similar roles. MBNA was the migration of MBNA credit card to Lloyds platform. Rose was a Joint venture with Schroders Personal Wealth for the migration of customer details and assets from LBG to SPW. Skylark and Michigan (Birmingham Midshires & Tesco) are mortgage intermediary integration to Lloyds UFSS platform. My recent project has been for IP&I (Insurance Pension and Investment) on Verona which is a Scottish Widows Pension Migration to a 3rd Party platform (FNZ) this was was split into 4 separate phased deliveries over the 2 years.

Cyber Security Programme - implementation of a new cyber framework for Group Sourcing Supply Management. My role on the Cyber Programme was the Lead BA developing process and procedures and organising the Target Operating Model for 3rd party suppliers and partners, I then transitioned to the delivery manager from May 2017 to deliver the project by end of 2017. Accountabilities:• Delivery of the Target Operating model for 3rd party suppliers and partners • Recruitment/ Training of new resources to support the changes in processes and procedures for new TOM • Production of high level requirements and detail level requirements • Delivery of BitSight, and tailored reporting through Tableau (through agile methodology sprint) Achievements:• Delivery of 5 work stream deliverables (Supplier Risk Profile, Due diligence, Supplier Control, Reporting and MI and Op Model and governance) • Delivery of a new TOM for 3rd Party suppliers and partners (changes to support technology, process and people)

My role on the Shield Programme was the Implementation Manager of which I delivered 3 Events to date (Branch launch, Migration of the old Home Solution Policies and Digital enhancement for the new TSB home insurance product called “Pick and Protect”). The programme worked in an agile methodology (Sprints) compared to the standard TSB waterfall model.

1.Requirements Elicitation: Leads, designs and facilitates business engagements to establish scope, business needs, implementation objectives, outcomes and expectations on business processes. 2.Requirements Development: Works with business analysis team to ensure that business implementation solution and post live support plan is accepted and approved by the key stakeholder and business solution designs can deliver effectively. 3.Requirements Management: Oversees end to end traceability against quality business requirements using appropriate tools and templates. 4.Solution Assessment & Validation: Engages with key stakeholders to influence the solution design to meet business goals, scope and strategy requirements. Provides input into the identification and delivery of project benefits, traceability of requirements and impact of solutions. Develops cross business and service user communications, acceptance test plans and supports testing and implementation. 5.Consultancy Advice & Domain Knowledge: Develops good knowledge across a number of individual business/product areas, understanding interdependency and the impact of change to provide informed consultancy advice, independent review and quality assurance.

My current role on the Programme is the IT Implementation Lead, supporting the TSB delivery of Mortgage Intermediary. The Programme is working in conjunction with Lloyds Banking Group to support the IT delivery Mortgage Intermediaries which allows brokers to use the system online solution to sell Mortgages on behalf of TSB. This will provide TSB growth and maximise the margins available through this channel. • Managed the successful delivery of 3 IT Implementations (Release 5, Release 6 and Release 7) and 4 Business Phases (Broker On-boarding, Pilot, Launch and Pilot). Within each IT event supported Readiness, Implementation and Post Go Live Support. • Produced and gained approval of the Project Implementation Plan by Programme Director and Senior Directors (both LBG and TSB) and TSB business areas, this document covered Readiness, Command and Control, Wellness, PGLS and BAU handover. • Positive feedback from Programme Manager of the successful delivery of all implementation Releases. • Provided Senior Executive updates in the absence of the Programme Manager on a daily basis. • Supporting requirements traceability and testing which highlighted gaps within MI online solution. • Launching a new business function within sales including new products.

PPI - Working on PPI Supply management to ensure Suppliers are monitored and managed through the correct governance, policies and procedures created Lloyds Banking Group (PPI Programme - Group Sourcing and Legal• Communications with internal & external suppliers/ stakeholders to ensure all targets are met and LBG. • Leads performance management activities and development governance standards (e.g. Supplier Contract/ work orders, RACI, Segmentation, exit strategy/plans, Business Continuity plans/BIRA, supplier financial cost tracking, invoice validation, benefits savings, EUC trackers, Subcontractors , Supplier Comparison, Supplier Monthly Review, Over Production, Reconciliations, Vetting, Policy Adherence Toolkit, Supplier Controls, Balance Scorecards and Risk control). • Supplier performance (measurement targets, benchmarking and relationship management). • Identify, manage supplier risks and horizon risks. Managing and Supporting Junior Business Analyst. Verde - I was transferred onto Verde Separation Programme (Separation for Lloyds and TSB) for to my experience and knowledge with complex implementations. I worked on two workstreams (Operations (Ops) and Operation Reconciliation (Ops Recs) in order to meet Programme deadlines. • Build the processes and procedures required for the event weekend and ensure all requirements are met and communicate to SME and Programme teams (Ops, Op Rec, Readiness and Gold Command & Control). • Produce and Manage Workstreams plans, documentation for the event weekends (Ops and Op Rec). • Work with Programme Team to define scope for each event and communicate to all business areas and track readiness. • Manage stakeholders expectation and provide regular updates on progress (Ops and Op Rec).• Regular communication with our key stakeholder (IT, Business, SME, Audit and Business units).• Managing the set up for the preparation of the events for (Ops and Op Rec).

Prior to Verde I was working on Mortgage Integration Programme for Lloyds TSB within the Operational Reconciliation (Ops Recs) workstream. During the migration event the reconciliation activity is critical to the business, the recs are used to validate (correctly and identify where there are issues with the data) the data that is transferred to the new platform to allow the business to provide a Go/No Go decision. The accountabilities are the same as Verde however focusing on Op Recs specifically

Prior to Lloyds TSB I was working on the Embassy Integration Programme for Friendslife/ Diligenta with Axa. Within the Business Delivery workstream I have been involved with two key areas which are Business implementation and Standing Data.

During my 10 years at Nationwide building society (NBS) I worked on various projects and programmes for the Change Management Division (CMD) for 7 years. Prior to CMD I worked within Nationwide Direct on the Planning and Forecasting team.
