Rose was a Joint venture with Schroders Personal Wealth for the migration of customer details and assets from LBG to SPW. Skylark and Michigan (Birmingham Midshires & Tesco) are mortgage intermediary integration to Lloyds UFSS platform. My recent project has been for IP&I (Insurance Pension and Investment) on Verona which is a Scottish Widows Pension Migration to a 3rd Party platform (FNZ) this was was split into 4 separate phased deliveries over the 2 years.

Within each IT event supported Readiness, Implementation and Post Go Live Support. • Produced and gained approval of the Project Implementation Plan by Programme Director and Senior Directors (both LBG and TSB) and TSB business areas, this document covered Readiness, Command and Control, Wellness, PGLS and BAU handover. • Positive feedback from Programme Manager of the successful delivery of all implementation Releases. • Provided Senior Executive updates in the absence of the Programme Manager on a daily basis. • Supporting requirements traceability and testing which highlighted gaps within MI online solution. • Launching a new business function within sales including new products.
