Working as the Western Division Project Control /Technical Services Manager managing the project Controls & field Engineer personal responsible for: • Assisting in the development of the general and specific project control system, manual and Procedures covering the areas of Budget, Cost, Scheduling, progress& productivity and Change Management, outlying methodologies and responsibilities and verify the integrity of the Earn Value Management System ( ICMS) • Supporting the business development team and the project managers in presentation with the client, client representative & senior management to explain the company project controls system, procedures and tools and high light string and capability. • Developing the Job Descriptions for all the key positions within the department.• Interview, hire, train and mentor the project controls & field engineer team as well as provide the required direction and support to insure the projects get the required resources. • Supervise Coach and support the project controls & field engineer personal in the home office and the projects via frequent site visits in effort to develop and maintain project budget, schedule, cost controls, change management and variance reports and insure all the project controls procedures are in implemented .• Conduct annual and semi-annual performance management and performance review for the department personal.• Conduct a monthly project status review session with home office senior management and project team discussing project schedule, cost forecast, cost variance, risk and risk mitigation and provide the required support and analysis.• Leading the development of the Integrated Construction Management System (ICMS) which include the Progress Tracking, Change Management, Document Control, Material Tracking and the Project Forecast module.• Own and maintain the Division standard Cost Codes (WBS) catalogue and provide the required training and support.

Working as the project control lead from home office responsible for but not limited to:• Establishing the company project control department by hiring, training and mentoring the new project control personal.• Design a quantity base Progress Tracking System & Change management System based on the Earn Value principle, leading the development team through the programming, beta testing, training and the implementation of the system.• Creating the Division standard WBS Cost Codes Catalogue, train the company PM, Estimators and project control personal to understand, use, implement and insure all the company systems are utilizing one standard set of accounting codes to facilitate a division standard reporting and data validation.• Develop, maintain and implementing the project control procedures in the areas of Progress Tracking, Change Management, Budgeting, Scheduling and Project Forecasting.• Upgrade mange and administrate the company scheduling software from P3.1 to Primavera Enterprise (P4,5&6) , set up the data base with all the global requirement (OBS, EPS, Calendar, Resources, Activity codes and user profiles) as a central database running through CITRIX application and provide access and training to new users.• Assisting the Project managers and the project control team in the re-cast of the estimate in to the budget and the project set up • Prepare Division reports including but not limited to Schedule, Progress & Productivity, Cost variance, Cost Forecasts, S curve, Change Management and compiling lessons learned.• Developed WBS and over all Master Execution Schedule for the company major projects and integrate the sub-contractor and venders as part of it .• Provide support from the main office for all aspects of Planning, Scheduling, Cost engineer and Risk analysis of all the company’s Projects.
