The job requires working for a Private Equity Fund Administrator, specializing in administering assets of complex Private Equity funds. The position involves understanding of various complex instruments like Equities, Fixed Income Products, CSO’s etc. It also requires good experience and knowledge in using various third party sources of information like Investran, Report Wizard etc. Key activities include:Book-keeping, Cash Reconciliation, Computing Net Asset Value (NAV), Financial Statements for Private Equity funds per statutory requirementsAssisted in resolving any queries from both client and auditor related to aforesaid clients.Central Bank report (CSO) for the private equity funds per regulatory requirements.Conducting high quality checks and placing necessary controls through review on annual reports using IFRS Guidelines/GAAP knowledge and Accounting principlesReporting KPI on a Monthly and Quarterly basis to the Management.Reviewing the Nav pack’s on Monthly and Quarterly basisReviewing the Financial Statements on Semi Annual and Annual BasisReviewing the Quarterly CSO’sReviewing the Portfolio Statements Mentoring and training new team members.
