Follow company maintenance procedures and controls to ensure service providers comply with repair policies. Investigate and inspect vehicles for high value authorization repairs. Make authorization repair decisions within authority levels. Review and check all invoices against the agreed maintenance price scheduled. Make decisions and recommendations on excessive repair costs or time frames. Check and monitor warranty repairs or repeat works from service providers. Provide maintenance KPI’s reports. Assist the senior management controlling the asset and improving the performance by providing a thorough cost analysis.

Oversees maintenance and repair work of the company’s fleet. (Preventive and break down maintenance). Provide both maintenance and fuel consumption performance reports and calculate the necessary fleet performance measuring indicators. Ensure that fleet management policies are adequate.

Carry out repair estimates for the accident vehicles, how much the auto body shop will charge for repairs before the service is actually performed. Maintain the compromise between the body shop interest as profit center and insurance companies as regular customer. Obtain approval from the insurance companies for the submitted repair estimates.
