• Client: General Directorate of Water (Aseer Region); Contract Value 285,280,365.00 SR, Duration 30 month; Role: Project Manager: Construct and execute Al-Wajeed Water Treatment Plant, the raw water sources are deep wells, the water desilination by 3 stages Reverse Osmosis system, the total available discharge of raw water is 68000 m3/day, The general site work for the project which contains : 1- Water Treatment Process Units (Raw water reservoirs with 100،000 m3 storage capacity, Raw water pump station, Pressurized sand filter, R.O system, Scada System, chemicals building, Chlorination building, Brine tank, Brine water pump station, Evaporation Ponds, Treated water reservoirs with 100،000 m3 storage capacity), 2- Plant Infrastructure Works (water supply, irrigation ,stormdrian, fire fighting networks, pipeline connections between project units in the site for water transmission during & after treatment operations, road works, lighting & electrical works), 3- Other buildings (Treated water pump station ,Power house, Warehouse & store building, administeration, labor accomodations, mangers accomodation, SCAD, Mosque).

• Client: Sauidi Industrial Property Authority; Contract value 146,059,804.00 SR (Design and Built Basis), Duration: 15 month; Role: Project Manager for Water Treatment Plants project (for three(3) Areas: Dammam, Sudair and Kharj Industrial Areas), The product water for each area is 6000m3/day, the water treatment by Reverse Osmosis system, scope of work include: supply, construction, operation and maintenance of: 1- Well drilling with pipes (shallow wells in Dammam "4nos", deep wells in Sudair "2nos" and deep wells in Kharj, submersible pumps and deep well pumps, Supply and Installation of Reverse Osmosis (6000m3/day for each area), Cooling Towers, Electrical and Mechanical works, GLS Water Tanks (5000m3-3nos.), Guard room and Offices, Internal roads, interconnecting pipeline.

• Client: Gulf Refining Company NV Development Project - Berth Top Side Facilities, Pipeline & Storage Tanks (Crude Oil); Contract Value: AED 180 million; Role: Construction Manager for Civil Works; Responsibility: Managed the infrastructure works for Topside facilities at the new tanker berth – loading arms, fire fighting facilities, lighting, power supplies, service water supply, electrical equipment, security room and guard house. Handled berth lines to transfer the crude oil between tanker berth and GRC terminal including micro tunnelling. Concrete pavement for the new tanker berth and interlock roads around this berth. Steel structure for the new and old exchange pits shelters.• Client: Directory of Military Works. Project: Construction Works & Extension for Fuel System at Al-Dhafra Air Base; Contract Value: AED 27.5 million; Role: Construction Manager for Civil Works; Responsibility: Stabilized backfill/fuel tank pitching work, installation of overhead cranes for pump house including sampling jars, flow meter, flow indicators, loading arms, canopies, equipment shelters, parking bays, 5000IG DFT with concrete chamber. Supplied and installed GRP Gas Oil Tank with dispenser, replaced sampling pumps/filter elements / fabricated and installed access platforms/cross overs, mechanical/piping modification works. Handled construction of maintenance building.• Client: Directory of Military Works. Project: Construction of Fuel Tanks for Supply & Transport Corps’ HQ at Al-Dhafra Air Base Western Area; Contract Value: AED 96 million; Role: Construction Manager for Civil Works; Responsibility: Manage the civil works for bulk fuel storage tank 250, 000 G with related pipeline, Fire Protection Pipeline, product pump building, product recovery tank, defueling chamber for oil water separator, loading/unloading gantries, oily water line, storm water line, sewer line. Monitored fire fighting system – pump room and GRE pipeline with fire hydrant and sprinkler and asphalt roads.

• Client : Government of Dubai, Department of Civil Aviation, Project: Concourse 3 Structure at Dubai Airport (for Terminal construction); Contract Value: AED 2.6 billion; Role: Site Agent; Duration: Jun 2008 – Jun 2010; Responsibility: Handled Civil works from raft level to hotel level (Dubai Airport Terminal) Concourse 3 is an extension, yet integral part, of the continuous development of Concourses 1 and 2 at Dubai International Airport. Partially an underground structure, including Automated People Moving (APM) stations for both arrivals and departures, the concourse extends above ground under a metal shell to accommodate 20 aircraft stands (18 of which are designed to accommodate the Airbus 380) in addition to holding room for six more aircraft on remote stands. Similar to Concourse 2, the building shell of Concourse 3 has the same characteristics of size and shape. With an overall footprint of 90m by 645m on a built area of approximately 528,000m², the building includes the Emirates airline lounges and hotels, as well as the arrival and departure floors with a duty-free area. Approximately 1 million m³ of reinforced concrete was poured over a two-year period for this contract.• Client: Directory of Military Works. Project: Safran Air Base; Contract Value: AED 850 Million; Role: Site Agent for Utilities Works; Duration: Jun 2005 – May 2008; Responsibility: Managed runway and Aprons concrete pavement, potable water pipeline, fire protection pipeline, sewer network and ground water tanks. Supervised civil works for electrical pipeline – site communications and navigation aids.
