Current• Responsibilities Ensuring all employees are complying with UAE employment / labor laws• Work with the HR team on new staff recruitment issues ensuring visas are approved & documentation received timely.• Preparing memos for submission to Accounts department and settling all the payment with accounts department Preparing & submitting a weekly list of newly joined employees with visa status to the HR & Admin Manager. • Preparing & submitting a weekly report of passports inside and outside the company with reason to HR & Admin Manager.• Process and liaise with government departments with regards to Visa, sponsorships, bans, license etc.• Coordinating with Safety Department in case of accidents.• Processing through to accounts the required payment schedules for payment.• Establishing New Companies & Trade License Renewal from Economic Department.• Assisting the HR department in various functions and undertaking additional responsibilities as directed by the management.• Managed Legalization Procedures of Company Documents related to: Employment (Labor Card/Health/Visa, etc.) Contracts (License, agreements, etc.) Building Permits (Municipality).• Managing an employee records database notifying employees when renewal of visas etc.• Clearing LC and LOC from the Banks.• Handling all Operations & Formalities of Customs Departments in UAE (Shipments Clearance, Duty Exemptions….etc).• Vehicles Renewals from Traffic Department.
