− Founding and Managing one of the best five Health centers in Abu Dhabi with Three branches and remote services.− Establishing and overseeing operation departments including drafting operational manuals, hiring qualified team, setting targets and KPI’s of each department, setting up operations and marketing strategies.− Establishing Internal Audit and Internal Controls function in the establishment, Managing internal projects according to approved audit plan and dealing with external auditors requirements .− Consultancy projects of health club establishment in areas of governance, operations and support services.

− Participate in the development and reviewing of the strategic audit plan (3 to 5 years). − Conducting Internal Audit reviews of various functions of ADWEA group of companies as per the Internal Audit Plan including special audit assignments and reporting to the Chief Auditor/ Internal Audit Manager.− Prepare/ update risk assessment; prepare Audit Planning Memorandum, Audit Program & Audit Assignment sheet and obtain the approval of Audit Manager; − Prepare the allocation of the resources available to each phase of the audit assignment and the internal timetable schedule and budget for completing the audit assignment;− Supervise the execution of the audit assignment by providing appropriate instructions and guidelines to the audit team during the execution of the audit assignment to achieve the audit objectives; review of the working papers as and when an audit section is completed; − Prepare the draft internal audit report and ensure that issues raised and documented in the working paper file are properly excluded or included in the report;− Attend the closing meeting with the Head of the Department under review to discuss the issues raised and recommendations suggested; − Prepare final audit report after receiving responses from the auditee;− Conducting follow up audits on previous audit observations/ reports to ensure implementation of audit recommendations/ action plan agreed by the client;− Preparation of proposal documents and participation in technical/ commercial evaluation in appointment of external auditors.− Preparation of periodic Management Report of the Directorate listing an overview of the activities of the Internal Audit Function in addition to a detailed status of audits /projects against the Annual Audit Plan, key audit findings, KPIs, etc.,− Imparting on the job training to junior auditors/ UAE National developees.− Efficiently managing E-Governance Portal (EGP) of ADWEA Internal Audit Function.

Internal Audit:− Execute risk-based audit plans.− Lead and conduct audit fieldwork for different audit areas consistent with IIA standers including compliance with client’s policies, procedures, legal, contractual requirements and codes of practice.− Evaluate the adequacy of the company's system of internal controls to ensure the safeguarding and protection of assets from loss, reliability and integrity of financial information and compliance with policies, plans, procedures, and applicable laws & regulations.− Analyze root-causes of internal control deficiencies, recommend improvements to address root-causes and coach Senior Management in internal control best practices.− Documenting audit findings into audit report format as the audit progresses.− Conducting follow-up audits to evaluate the existence and effectiveness of corrective action.− Providing guidance and assistance to audit staff involved in performing audit work when assigned as lead auditor.− Maintain and build effective working relationships with Company personnel. Risk Assessments:− Identifying and assessing strategic, operational, financial reporting, and legal/regulatory risks taking into consideration causes, likelihood and impact.− Identifying control procedures used to ensure each key risk and transaction type is properly controlled and monitored.− Ranking and prioritizing identified risks for significant business process
