Egyptian association for Water & energy (EWE) is a scientific and cultural association registered under the No. 1438 from 10/11/2001 according to the law No. 132 for the year 1964 about associations and organizations. The EWE activities include conducting research and attending scientific events to allow it to help society in water treatment and desalination in addition to using renewable energy like wind and solar energy. 1. Scientific and cultural services (in water and energy fields).2. Environmental Protection (air and marine environment).3. Contributing to the society development through introducing environmental, cultural and scientific programs in the water and energy fields.4. Issuing scientific journals and periodicals in the fields of energy and water.5. Organizing a periodical scientific conference in the fields of energy, water and environment.6. Preparing new graduates to join energy and water markets.7. Establishing special educational organizations in the fields of energy and water.

Establish a formalized employee and provider training program to organize, administer and track training administration, develop employee skills and competency, and meet contractual and regulatory requirements. Develops and administer the annual organization training plan for employees,scheduling educational programs, and monitoring staff attendance. Incorporates with Subject Matter Experts and all level of staff to design staff and/or provider trainings. Demonstrates leadership development programs for new and existing staff.* Supervise the program administration to assure that Ecord meets all regulatory training requirements.* Investigate and provide additional options such as e-learning or other tools necessary for training facilitation and program effectiveness.* Work with all levels across the organization to deliver and enhance the training program.

-Ensure of Operation of Pretreatment, Desalination Ro plant through SCADA systems.-Manage the scheduled activities with the support of RO operator to prevent mal-opt and to ensure safe and efficient operation. and maintenance of departmental personnel for carrying out the planned/breakdown maintenance activities -Ensure effective implementation of RO O and M and approved SOP. -Maintain the operation documentation and database, guide RO operator in preparation of daily generation and consumption of water and chemical. -fully conversant with plant operation in shifts with hands on experience on SCADA systems, reports, weekly and monthly reports and other reports as required. -Organizing the use of man power in better utilization, ensures effective implementation of safety and discipline, O and M and SOP Submitting incident/trip reports and to provide recommendations. -To accord training to assigned staff, take appropriate decision and direct plant operation during plant emergencies and prevent further of deterioration -Troubles shooting of MMF, Reverse osmosis plant for SWRO with ERI system and BWRO. Should be conversant with ERI software for its performance checking. -Effective cost analysis for process and chemicals. -Handling of hazardous chemicals and safety procedures. -Effective monitoring of dosing system. -Vast experience in various types of Filter, RO, Preservation and chemical cleaning. -Service and Maintenance of MMF, Cartridge filter, Membrane. -Followed the quality principle for the operation and maintenance of water treatment plant as per ISO 14001.ISO 9001. -Working Computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point, c#, SQL, ASP.net
