- Opening new export markets, in the MENA/Others region, and keeping good relationships with the current customers.2- Responsible for shipping schedules; letters of credit.3- Responsible for all sorts of business communication with the company’s interrelated departments, such as Finance, Accounting, Production, Quality Control, etc…4- Issuing the export orders to the factory while performing all necessary clarifications & follow ups until their final completion, and notifying the shipping specialist about the reported dates.5- Act as the department’s focal point with the factory and the After Sales Service Department regarding any technical inquiry or requested spare parts.6- Establishing L/Cs & Payment conditions according to company’s policies.7- Preparation of various export reports to Commercial Manager.8- Negotiate with numerous shipping companies for acquiring the best possible rates and preferred vessels’ schedules.9- Responsible for a team of 3 subordinates, and perform all the management functions (Planning, organizing, leading, and controlling).10- Reports to the commercial director.
