I also worked as a National Key Account Manager, where I was responsible with my team for Henkel policy and image in Egypt; where in Tetra Pak Egypt my main duties were to grow the products distribution of Tetra Pak customers , I managed successfully to do that throw deep analysis of market needs & dynamics..In both companies I was responsible for developing business plans and accountable for delivering the volume commitment, sales fundamentals and business initiative objectives also responsible for creating a highly productive working relationship between Tetra Pak and the major manufacturers, acting as the company’s single point of contact with the sales teams in the different companies.I was able to achieve a breakthrough results in a very complicated and challenging market environment (low category penetration –Tetra Pak, fierce competition –Henkel)My efforts and results at Henkel were rewarded twice by being nominated and winning the title of the best unit manager and sales supervisor among all other UmsManaged to increase Tetra Pak Cheese category distribution by 3% in one project with our customers.My responsibilities in Faragalla was to reorganize the sales force in more effective way which lead to improve the sales figures by improving the sales men efficiency and to improve the company image in the market.Specialties: FMCGsales
