With over 19 years of experience in the golf industry, I am currently the Club Operations Manager at Talaat Moustafa Group, overseeing the day-to-day operations of Madinaty Golf Club, a premier 18-hole golf course. In my role, I manage all club departments, including golf operations, food and beverage, maintenance, guest services, gym, spa, and sports academies, ensuring smooth coordination and high-quality service across all areas.My responsibilities encompass managing staff, coordinating tournaments and events, implementing and enforcing policies and procedures, and maintaining the course to the highest standards for an exceptional experience. Additionally, I oversee budgeting, financial management, and vendor relationships, ensuring the club’s financial health and operational efficiency.I hold a Bachelor of Arts in History, providing a unique perspective on the cultural and historical aspects of golf.
