1- Directing strategy towards the profitable growth and operation of the company.2- Developing strategic operating plans that reflect the longer-term. objectives and priorities established by the board.3- Building and maintaining an effective executive team.4- Taking remedial action where necessary and informing the board of significant changes.5- Ensure that all business goals are reached

1-Play the role of the focal point and the main coordinator between the various groups of stakeholders (Governmental organizations, NGOs, private sector actors, popular and natural leaders, businessmen) from one side and the technical team of consultants from the other side.2-Make sure that stakeholders are represented in the working groups, especially the marginalized groups of women and youth and that interests are safeguarded and transparently reported.3-Assist in the collection of secondary data including the readily available statistics, maps, reports...etc of the targeted cities and also the primary data gathering through carrying out interviews and applying data collection tools4-Participate in the stakeholders’ awareness and mobilization during the project phases by highlighting their current and potential role in implementing the strategic plan and the main strengths and limitations of their city.5-Cooperate with the urban planner, ensure that land owners and land stakeholders discus competitively city limits reaching a decision on financial mechanisms to support city projects.6-Assist the resources' person in reviewing the land development framework, city needs and record interest in urbanizing land as well as the contribution to be given towards the realization of city projects7-In two cities in Qena Governorate and one city Assuit Governorate, and in addition to the tasks above, the responsibility involved core contributions to one of the cross-cutting themes, namely the poverty and vulnerability. The task involved the practical application of the designed qualitative and quantitative tools for data collection, analysis of the collected information, identify projects, SOWT analysis and contribute to the various milestones with reports and presentations.
