Responsibilities: Package Manager / Site Supervision & Snagging Teams Leader • Managing Reviewing and Reply of all Contractors Submittals such as but not limited to Organization Chart, Mobilization Plan, Logistics Plans, Project Schedules, Sub-Contractors Approvals, Area Access Records, Work Notifications, Survey Reports, Materials, Documents, Method Statements, Shop Drawings, Request for Information, Inspection Requests, Variations, handing over Submittals ‘Snagging & De-snagging, O&M Manuals, Training Manuals, As Built Records, Warranties, etc.’ As well as Progress Reports and Correspondence. • Progress Monitoring and Keen Eye on Execution of Civil & Architectural Works to Ensure Compliance with Project Specifications, Standards, Schedule, Airport Authority’s Regulations and Approved Submittals including the following: - Attending Progress and Technical Meetings as well as Subcontractors and Suppliers Meetings. - Coordination between Multi Disciplines (MEP, SAS, and ELV) both on Shop Drawings review and on Site Activities. - Attending site visits for resolution of day to day site conflicts, show stoppers and propose alternatives to resolve site conflicts and constraints on the job. - Issuing of Site Instruction and Non-conformance Reports for non-compliant works.
