• Develop Charging gateway, which Content providers are using to charge mobile phone users• Participate in full software development lifecycle of all VAS application, from requirement collection to user acceptance test• Manage a team to ensure 24X7 active lifecycle for VAS applications like Group talk, Welcome tune, Edge provisioning• Participate as a team member to finalize a vendor for Centralized Service Provisioning solution• Handle responsibility of OSS software team manager in absence of my manager

Joined the team as fresh software engineer, at the very beginning got the opportunity to work on a RnD project involving DirectX 3D file format, and successful completion of the project brought me promotion to lead a team of 3 Software engineers. Lead the team successfully and became a key player by involving in the key project Dot Code (barcode like 2d secured code) product. Got promoted to technical Manager to lead all the Dot code product development.Responsibilities:• Communicate with client to collect requirement, prepared high level design and plan• Develop the core library to process image and extract code for eScanner• Develop an image library to support conversion from one 3D data format to another• Delegate tasks to team member(s) and assist them technically to complete the assigned tasks• Communicate with QA team and Client to ensure quality of the deliverables• Package and deliver product(s) to Client• Mentor team members technically
