I am a telecommunication engineer having specialization in Radio Access Network. I have been working in mobile telecommunication sector since 2010. Most of the time in my career, I worked with radio access network devices and technologies of cellular mobile network. My career started with a local telecommunication company, who used to install all types of telecommunication equipment and commission that equipment to the network. Next, I moved to Huawei, a leading multinational telecommunication equipment manufacturer and supplier. I worked there for 6 years. During this tenure, I learned advanced technologies and new features of radio part of mobile cellular network. I used to do hardware planning, technical design preparation, review of technical proposal, configuration and troubleshooting of radio network equipment etc. I also lead the technical team of Radio Access Network there. Later, I joined to Banglalink which is also a multinational telecommunication company by VEON Ltd. and a leading cellular mobile phone operator in our country. I have been working here since January 2021. Here, mostly I work for network maintenance work. We always try to keep the network smooth as much as possible. I also work for rollout projects to make the network strong, enhance coverage and capacity.I have a vast experience on Radio Access Network equipment, technologies, and features. During my career, I achieved awards several times for my good and sincere performance and contribution to the company. I also had good scholarship during my undergraduate.
