Analyse their historical financial statements and their trends in terms of Revenues, EBIT, EBITDA, PAT and EPS, then moving towards deal valuation methodology for calculating enterprise value, net debt, deal value and consideration structure. Calculating the target multiples for the same subsequent to deal value of particular M&A transaction. Analyse share prices with details of premium or discount and industry specific sector financials of Energy, Mining and Financial services companies. Identifying and tracking the investment banks, law firms and PR firms who worked on the particular M&A deal and seek clarification if required.Involved in preparing quarterly and yearly league table of advisors i.e. investment banks, law firms and PR firms, tracking the transactions on which they have advised and ranking them in order of transaction value and count.
