Calculate the final settlements for the leavers, assisting in onboarding the new joiners in system and handling the transfers of employees through countries, business units and OPCOs. 3. Validate and approve requests for new joiners, transfers, leavers, loans, advances, expense claims in SAP SuccessFactors workflow requests.4. Maintain a parallel payroll data and calculation in Excel sheet to ensure the accuracy of the payroll. 5. Prepare the costing reports for the payroll on a monthly basis.6. Deliver different reports for the stakeholders on spot.7. Assist in establishing processes for more accurate payroll, better and faster service.8. Work on different projects to enhance and facilitate the service provided

Update the structure and employees’ job description. 5. Start social insurance subscription for the newly hired employees. 6. Process the recruitment process to fill the available job vacancies. 7. Update the KPIs evaluation forms when needed. 8. End social insurance subscription for the leaving employees. 9. Finish the resignation process and papers for the leaving employees. 10. Follow and fulfill the needs of other sections and administrations in coordination with financial administration and purchasing administration. 11. Handle visits from government Labour office. 12.
