1-Day- to-day Operations2-Supervises the day-to-day operations to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures3-Directs supervises and coordinates the overall process operations and its personnel Indent and received Material balancing work. 4- Ensures complete manning in the shift and implement measures to improve work method, equipment performance and quality of service. 6-Responsible about permeant and casual labors7-Supervision of shift mechanical maintenance as to the repair and maintenance of equipment and keeping all machineries in good operating condition. 8- Supervision of shift electrical supervisor on matters relating to continuous power supply, electrical services to drive motors. 9- Supervision of shift instrumentation Engineer for repair and maintenance of instruments accurate indication of process parameters and running of programs. 10-Laboratory Department samples and hourly tests regarding analysis of process materials and quality of beet sugar product. 11-Boiler Department consumptions regarding steam, water and air supply. 12-Store handling regarding materials / supplies and consumables. 13- MVR/Turbine section regarding continuous stream flow pressure and power supply. 14- Monitors and initiates remedial measures regarding the production plane and take action to keep it in range .15- Water quality and quantity at different sources of operation.16- Boiling scheme for the readjustment of purity of the mesquite and run-offs. And following production losses in accepted ranges.17- Following with logistic team for the required equipment to material handling and maintenance work.18- Arrange the maintenance plane during beet season to be execute in off season . 19- Day-to-day operations are consistent with established policies, processes and procedures
