This encompasses both preventive and corrective maintenance procedures to ensure optimal performance and uptime. It involves leading cross-functional engineering teams and managing complex service contracts with vendors. This includes conducting thorough tendering and technical evaluations, acting as the escalation point for any issues, and closely liaising with vendors to address problems and ensure the data center infrastructure is operating at peak efficiency.In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations, I have extensive experience leading field engineering teams across multiple countries to troubleshoot complex technical issues within the data center environment. This includes generating detailed root cause analysis reports to identify the underlying problems and then implementing the necessary corrective actions. This has been critical to ensuring optimal data center performance and minimizing costly downtime that can significantly impact business operations.Furthermore, I have led comprehensive data center audits and engineering reviews across the EMEA region to identify areas for improvement.
