My responsibility includes acquiring customers through a mixture of Inside & Field sales and our partner channel. Set up some key strategic partnerships with Large SI's like Cognizant, Capgemini and L&T Infotech, Teito etc. I have also handpicked and groomed a small inside sales team to help me drive the EMEA sales initiatives. After a year and a half poised to generate 40% of the overall business to Fiorano.

• Managing a team of 8 members, RFx response, analysis to support Sales, perform cost-benefit analysis, Sales reporting analysis, etc• Database building, campaign management for lead generation, funnel management etc to drive sales support activities.• Defining the market penetration strategy and implementing the action-plan for business objective realization. • Coaching & Performance Management - Assess and manage performance to drive individual and team excellence; counsel and support individuals through sales challenges, motivating and coaching the team to manage customer and prospect negotiations.
