Human Resources Manager
Current•Develop & maintain an up-to-date and effective HR recording & reporting system for all the HR activities. •Develop & monitor budgets for all Human Resources and Development projects. •Develop & maintain close working relationships with all internal functions in the affiliate to ensure that all HR systems, policies, procedures and initiatives are implemented.•Provide support to Gandour management team & employees on the execution and implementation of the HR systems through the design & facilitation of internal awareness sessions and workshops. •Develop & implement the manpower plan to ensure adequate & timely supply the required workforce. •Identify, maintain & liaise with external HR services providers such as recruitment agencies; head-hunters; compensation & benefits & salary survey consultants. •Ensure that the payroll requirements are met in a timely & accurate fashion & adhere to government guidelines. •Maintain, implement & communicate HR policies & procedures in line with the affiliate labor laws & Corporate HR Policy. •Implement & maintain key systems as mandated by Corporate HR; including Recruitment & Selection; Performance Management system; Compensation & Benefits; Payroll; Training & Development; Orientation.•Carry out all HR services for Gandour employees including job design & evaluation, employee's payroll, employee's records and personnel requirements.•Handle & resolve complaints, disputes & grievances as per Gandour policy. •Work closely with the affiliate MD & provide HR advisory on all related issues.•Develop & maintain a professional network & relationships with labor unions. •Work as part of the wider HR group team, attend recurring conference calls, & liaise with other affiliates to identify ways to share services. •Lead, direct, motivate & develop the HR Team to ensure that the right level of service is provided to the affiliate. •Responsible to coordinate with HOD’s on career planning & career progression plans.
