After a major career shift I accepted to run a small Coffeehouse owned by the same owners of the hotel I worked at prior to the pandemic. I took an extensive course about Speciality Coffee with one of the most renown speciality roasters in Amman that enabled me to understand the product I was presented. This experience easily falls under the category of my favorite professional experiences. Learning how sophisticated coffee can be and the variation in flavors was an utter surprise.Here, I implemented what I learned in Accounting and took over all the accounting related activities of August and couple of other brands under August including "Chia Cup" and "Panna Cotta".Key Duties• Employing and Training of Baristas.• Developing Operating Procedures.• Full Costing and Accounting.• Preparing Financial Statements.

In June of 2019, I received a job offer at Guesthouse Amman that immediately evolved into what seemed at the time the jump into the upper hoteliering managerial positions.
