In my previous role, I was responsible for developing baseline schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans for multiple residential projects and coastal resorts. I created project cash flow forecasts to coordinate project financing with investors and banks, ensuring smooth financial operations.Additionally, I prepared construction contracts in adherence to FIDIC terms, ensuring legal compliance and mitigating risks. I excelled at developing and managing projects' claims, effectively communicating with all relevant parties to resolve any issues that arose.

Project: Mivida New Cairo, a residential community by Emaar MisrI was responsible for overseeing the construction of facility management for buildings, service roads, and infrastructure. I prepared a comprehensive baseline time schedule with resource loading. Additionally, I supervised construction activities and provided regular reports on progress and productivity. I conducted assessments of Extensions of Time and skillfully prepared full cost and time claim packages.

Marassi North Coast

Project: Marassi North Coast, a coastal residential community by Emaar MisrSupervised construction activities, issued weekly and monthly reports, prepared and updated the time schedule and cash flow diagram, set construction targets, and assisted in preparing the baseline schedule with resource loading and coding.

Project: $4.8 billion greenfield oil refinerySupervised construction activities, and issued weekly progress reports. Additionally, I monitored the manpower/equipment productivity trends, and assisted in the creation of delay analysis and recovery plans.

I successfully managed multiple projects, including the construction of a new facility for Mantrac in Sierra Leone. This encompassed overseeing the development of a steel workshop, showroom, office building, and associated infrastructure. I actively assisted the Project Manager and engaged in effective communication with project stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, consultants, and internal departments, ensuring smooth collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. I was responsible for preparing tender documents, including the project contract, to facilitate a transparent and efficient procurement procesAdditionally, I issued weekly tracking and progress reports. Furthermore, I handled the accurate and timely issuance of monthly payments and invoices to contractors and suppliers, ensuring financial transparency and accountability.
