• 7 years of experience in Hadoop Administartion, MongoDB(NoSQL) Database Administration, AWS Administration• Having Solid experience in Hadoop Administration• Implementing, managing and administering the overall hadoop infrastructure and takes care of the day-to-day running of Hadoop clusters• Deploying and managing hadoop cluster, adding and removing nodes using cluster monitoring tools - configuring the Name Node high availability and keeping a track of all the running hadoop jobs.• Ensure that all the big data applications are highly available and performing as expected.• Deciding the size of the Hadoop cluster based on the data to be stored in HDFS.• Setup new Hadoop users Includes setting up Linux users, TLS configuration, setting up Kerberos principals and testing HDFS, Hive, Pig and MapReduce access for the new users.• Configure cluster security using Kerberos, Active directory, Open LDAP, Encryption using TLS, configuration, encryption zone creation and snapshot management• Capacity planning and estimating the requirements for lowering or increasing the capacity of the hadoop cluster.• Ensure that the hadoop cluster is up and running all the time.• Monitoring the cluster connectivity and performance.• Manage and review Hadoop log files. • Backup and recovery tasks• Having solid experience in Nosql Database MongoDB• Hands on experience on MongoDB Administartion in Installation, Configuration, Maintenance, Up gradation, Monitoring, Backup Recovery, Performance tuning• Having solid experience in implementing and troubleshooting on Replication and Sharding in production environment• Experience in managing large scale databases in cloud environment• AWS Certified Solution Architect.• Having better understanding of server side configuration of Hadoop, MongoDB on Linux environment • Having good experience on Linux(RHEL6,7, Amazon Linux, CentOS, Ubuntu)
