 Supervise and control the activities and productivity for the direct sales unit. Ensure achieving the New Business for MedRight Direct sales unit. Plan and implement sales strategies and techniques for achieving the sales targets by identifying opportunities, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses to build business forecasts and define the targeted market share. Build and maintain the direct sales team through the recruitment, development and retention of high performing, motivated and engaged Sales team. Oversee the channel's profitability by insuring that the distribution loadings ratios are met. Plan and implement the channel's annual kick off plan to ensure delivering the set KPIs. Monitoring production through the dedicated market segment and ensure that is processed on timely and cost effective basis. Meet all the prospective contact persons, the decision makers to support the team to achieve the annual quota.  Deliver the contracting request to the interested parties to start the contracting procedures.  Give full presentation about MedRight and its products for new partners “brokerage agencies / free brokers”.  Support brokers to get the proposals and during the negotiations until the offer is confirmed.  Review and study the consumption to recommend the proper action to avoid losses.
