ISLAMIC SALES EXECUTIVE

- Build, manage and develop long-term Ecommerce relationships in order to achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the brand’s online presence.- Lead and negotiate annual agreements with Ecommerce partners.- Develop a plan, KPI, and Goals to achieve for each E-commerce partner.- Define and implement Go to the Market strategy with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, IT, sales,…)- Identify new e-commerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans.- Prepare and present product proposals to future and current E-commerce partners.- Handle specific sales events thanks to collected information from marketing department to enhance identify brand’s visibility and improve sales performance Analyze and interpret Ecommerce partner’s sales report to strengths, weaknesses and business opportunities.

- Initiates all outbound and follow-up sales for leads across a multi-segment and product sales continuum.- Establishes, maintains, and enhances client relationships to resolve issues and grow a profitable business using a consultative sales approach, identifying client goals and objectives and directing customers to the product that provides the highest degree of value based on their insurance needs. - Conveys to prospective customers a thorough and expert working knowledge of all Individual products offered by BCBSNC.- Responds to specific questions, concerns, and objections raised by the prospect related to the purchase process and recommends product alternatives based on the prospect’s expressed needs, taking into account provided health and financial information.- Identifies opportunities to sell additional company products via cross-selling as appropriate.- Proactively manages prospects through the e-channel, including e-mail marketing, chat, and end-user technical support.- Directs leads to the most cost-effective close channel/personnel/techniques to maximize their total sales.- Collaborates with the Sales management team to address service issues including identifying and designing solutions.- Completes and maintains accurate and up-to-date notes for all conversations with prospects solely through the software system.- May provide inbound sales support to prospective members, explaining key product differences, providing individualized rate quotes, explaining benefits, and underwriting and enrollment requirements across all products.
