-Oversee Coordination of all movements of people, materials, and equipment to and from well site, maintenance facilities, and storage yards. -Team is responsible for coordinating over 40,000 monthly shipments (sand/chemicals/equipment) with an expenditure of $45M, overseeing proper reconciliation, documentation, and invoicing. -Responsible for monitoring job progression and working with field engineers to predict material needs based on consumption patterns, ensuring there is always needed material on hand and no downtime is incurred. -Asset coordination, maintenance, and swaps as the job dictates.

-Led Night Shift Operations, overseeing 5 Supervisors, 3 Leads, and over 50 associates. -Oversaw shipping, receiving, inventory, auditing, safety and training for all warehouse personnel. -Change leader: coordinated/planned with corporate IT team in transitioning warehouse operations from legacy pick system to voice pick via new WMS. Revamped, rearranged pick flow lanes to make picking more efficient.-Created/implemented a new training schedule, hand selected team members so they could become subject matter experts in their designated areas of expertise turning them into force multipliers.

-Directing all aspects of operations (shipping, receiving, transportation, inventory, auditing, order selecting, safety, and training) for an 800,000 square ft. distribution center encompassing dry and refrigerated goods, overseeing 13 leads/supervisors (direct reports) and 150-200 hourly associates (indirect reports) servicing 49 retail stores around Texas. -Responsible for interviewing, selecting, coaching, and training new hires. -Record setting counter of over 564 days being accident free.

-Oversaw a team of 13 personnel encompassing management of an inventory of over 25,000 items worth over $102 million, consistently maintaining inventory validity above 98%.-Led a team of 6 personnel in forecasting and analyzing future needs for upcoming 2 quarters resulting in on time job completion 97% of the time due to better planning. Team processed over 6,000 purchase orders. In addition, administered over 1300 contracts and signed off on approximately 500 work orders. -As the Quality Assurance team leader, led the QA team in conducting random material audits, analysis, and reporting results to superiors. This led to a major milestone of a 98% score on a Supply Management Audit which is a Congressional Mandate to successfully pass before any war ship is deemed "Deployable for Combat" -As an Organizational Trainer, ensured all 106 personnel within the Supply Department had their required qualifications up to date and properly recorded, if not, they were immediately enrolled in required training to complete those requirements. -Lead Safety Representative for a department of 106, responsible for providing safety briefs prior to complex evolutions, conducting safety walk throughs to identify and mitigate hazards in advance, and ensuring all personnel were properly equipped/trained in proper use of Proper Protective Equipment (PPE).

-Led, mentored, and trained a team of 9 procurement personnel.-Oversaw a team of 5 expediting personnel, revamping SOPs to include making contact with ALL vendors, having updated current ETAs, and ensuring customers were in the loop when it came to any/and all updates. -Ensured all transactions were in compliance of regulations, leading to department consistently being audit ready at ALL times. -Created daily and weekly reports using new and older revised KPIs to show exactly where we stood across the board.

-Managed, maintained, replaced, and procured medical, dental, and information technology equipment through subordinate asset managers. 5500 pieces of equipment were maintained with 100% accuracy.-Procured over $3 million worth of new hospital equipment and technologies, ensuring 12 different troop medical clinics around the Middle East were outfitted based on their needs. -Monitored material ordering, and validated all requisition items through the Department of Defense Supply System to include items such as clothing, uniforms, and controlled drugs for the pharmacy.

-Managed/maintained support equipment that encompassed over 500 items valued at over $10 million.-Oversaw the processing of aircraft consumable and repairable supply documents; successfully processed over 6,489 requisitions valued over $89 million. -Managed the organization’s tool control program in direct support of 12 F/A-18E aircraft ensuring accountability and availability of all required tools for aircraft maintenance.
