IT engineer – installing and manage server 2012 and server 2008Office 365, sonicwall , Symantec exec 3600 , avaya ip phone system, hype-v , troubleshot hardware and software dell appsure back system

• Overseeing all aspects of Network Administration, including technical support to office staff, maintenance of office computer systems (Timberline, MS Exchange Enterprise Server 2003).• Perform ongoing clean-up and maintenance of network server as needed (Active Directory account maintenance and overall performance in general). • Responsible for the set up of new IT equipment with appropriate programs, ensuring that all equipment is running the same software and all computers are set up with the company standard set of programs.• Responsible for upkeep of IT equipment and records as well as program and system records, keeping information current in company database. • Ensure that network server back up tapes are changed daily and in proper working order. Daily, monthly and year end tapes to be maintained and used at appropriate times. Order necessary supplies when the need arises. • Monitor performance of server back up program to ensure that entire system is backed up successfully each day, and attend to problems when they arises.
