The service delivers up-to-date information and analysis on publicly listed securities for financial professionals in front, mid, and back office positions. My role is to:• Contribute with Business Development team in defining the product strategy and roadmap• Deliver Product’s Specifications Document with prioritized features and corresponding justification• Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples• Create, maintain and manage the Project Plan that includes Communication Management, Project Schedule, Risk Management, Scope Management and Development and Quality Teams Management.

During this period, I was managing the Technical Support department whose main activities where: • Projects Implementation and After Sales Customer Services• Installing and implementing the proposed solution at the customers’ sites including Operating Systems, ASSET Products, and Developed Applications, in addition to providing support for all technical problems at the customers’ sites. • Providing technical training to the customers either on ASSET products or Developed Applications. • Presales Activities• Gathering and analyzing business and technical information from the customers.• Preparing a vision document that describes all the business requirements details, current status of work at the customers’ site, currently used systems, problems and challenges, etc. • Use the collected and analyzed information and the vision document to design and propose a solution that satisfies the customer’s business needs. • Preparing and demonstrating the proposed solution to the customer.
